echo installed in the radio

Echo Boards can be installed in most radios. The super echo
can be adjusted for a much slower echo effect compared to
the standard echo. The echo board is not a toy. The echo increases
the modulation with compression and produces an echo and reverb
effect. Adjusted properly the echo can give the radio a deeper
richer tone on transmit. The echo board is installed inside
the radio with a dual control mounted in the place of an existing
control. The dual control is used to adjust the amount and
the speed of the echo. The control can often be put in place
of an existing control on most radios or can be put on the
side or back of the radio if a suitable control is not available.
We recommend installing the control in place
of the delta tune, dimmer control, or RF gain in the face
of the radio in order to preserve the manufactures warranty.
Please specify the desired placement of the control when placing
the order. Placement instructions may be added to the note
section when placing the order.
If the radio has a mike jack on the side, the side opposite
the mike jack is usually the preferred side due to space limitations
CAUTION: keep in mind that if the control is added to the
side or back of the radio a hole will have to be drilled.
Drilling a hole in the case may void the factory warranty. |
