Exchange Policy
Provisions
  • Please call for an RA number before shipping an item to our facility. The RA number must be printed on the outside of the box. A package returned without an RA number will be refused. No C.O.D's please. We do not accept C.O.D's.
  • Shipping and insurance from the original purchase will not be credited back to you.
  • A special order or close out item can not be returned. All special order items and close out's are clearly marked.
  • The customer is responsible for freight to our facility.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature.
Policy Details

Non modified CB radios, radar detectors, microphones, antenna mounting kits and antenna systems that are defective are returnable within 15 days of the original sale date for an item for item exchange. Read the excluded brands below.

The product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature. We will exchange (the defective item only) if any part of the items listed (including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature) are missing.

CB's are non returnable for exchange if ordered with any internal modifications including performance tune up's. Under these conditions these items must be returned to the Manufacture for repair.

The following items must be returned to the manufacture for repair/replacement at the manufacture's discretion. - J&M motorcycle products, Cardo Scala Rider Products, Moto Comm Products, GPS, Arai Helmets and Nolan Helmets.

We will pay the freight back to the customer (FedEx Ground or USPS Priority shipping methods only) excluding international orders only in the event a fault or defect is found. International orders include Hawaii, Canada and Mexico territories. Please call for an RA number before shipping an item to our facility.

The provisions of this guarantee shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered or scratched.

Antennas: The product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature. The antenna whip can not be returned cut. Freight is non refundable and the customer is responsible for freight to the facility. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Open Box Items (CB & 10-Meter Radios, Radar Detectors, Antenna Systems, etc.) that have been removed from the box. We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they have purchased. We realize that at times an item may be purchased that will not work for your particular circumstance or just may not be what you thought it was. We will take the item back within 10 days of the sale or ship date whichever is later with a 35% restocking fee.
Understand that the item can not be sold as new. The item must be sold as an open box item. We will not sell you an open box as a new item and therefore can not purchase an open box item back as new.
The product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature. CB and 10-Meter radio's can not be returned if the product was ordered with any service what so ever including performance tune up's.
