Basics:10 Meter AM/FM amateur radio with blue LED channel display and meter light, front panel 4-pin mike jack, turbo digital echo with time and level controls, talkback with volume control, top gun modulator-turns the radio's transmitter section into a modulator. This model has a frequency counter jack on the back panel for an optional counter.
Controls: Volume, squelch, mike gain, RF gain, echo time and level, variable carrier level (output) control, and talkback volume control.
Switch functions: Channel and band selection - AM/FM/PA, modulator on/off, +10KHz on/off, talkback on/off, high SWR warning on/off.

Our performance tune up increases the radio's output by approximately 50%. The receiver gain is typically 30-40% over stock specs. This modification includes the following in order to enhance the radio's performance. You will love it! Yes we really do align the receiver and adjust the frequency. Most stores can't or simply don't.
Turning up the Transmitter's wattage. Adjusting the modulation for maximum output without distortion Modifying the mike amp circuit for more modulation if needed. Aligning the receiver for optimum signal to noise ratio. Adjusting the squelch range	Frequency adjustment to zero tolerance. Frequency counter display calibration. (If applicable) Calibrate the Transmit and Receive meter settings. Perform a complete check of all functions. Perform a visual of the circuit board for flaws.
