J&M MFG Warranty: J&M Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. J&M agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at our option), provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of two (2) years from date of sale to the original purchaser. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of our factory.
Our Price Guarantee: We want you to have confidence that you have not only purchased a quality product but have also purchased it at the right price. If you find the J&M product you have purchased at a lower price, we will refund the difference. We give you 10 days after the sale to shop around. If you find a verifiable delivered price on a new system lower than our price, we will refund the difference.
