Our Pricing and Guarantee - For Motorcycle Products and Accessories |
| We want you to have confidence that you have not only purchased a quality product but have also purchased it at the right price. If you find the product you have purchased at a lower price, we will refund the difference. We give you 10 days after the sale to shop around. If you find a verifiable delivered price on a new system lower than our price, we will refund the difference. This offer excludes price bundles, close outs, going out of business liquidations, and auction sites. This policy is for J&M and Cardo Scala Rider Products. |
- Price must be obtained from an authorized dealer.
- Price must be from a current offer and not from an outdated advertisement.
- Product must be new and in factory sealed packaging. Refurbished, display, demo, counterfeit, and open box items are not eligible.
- Closeout or discontinued products do not qualify.
- Some manufacturers prohibit the sale of their product below a certain price. We must abide by the rules set by the respective manufacturer.
- The total price of the product must include all associated and relative costs. These include shipping, handling, and other processing costs. Coupons, rebates, "free with purchase offers", and other discounts may not apply.
- Dealers offering verbal price quotes will not qualify.
- Price must be from a single product and not a multi-product combination offer.

If you purchased an item from us within the last 10 days and have found the item for less money look over the guidelines of our policy. If you believe the sale is within our terms email us with your name, order number, and list the item or items you are referring to. Include the web sites URL (web address).
Once verified we will credit the difference back to the card used for the original purchase. If Pay Pal was used we will credit your Pay Pal account. If a check or money order was used we will mail you a check. |
