Vector 995's lightning fast microprocessor can detect and
process a signal in less than one second! This "attack
time" is crucial against laser and instant-on radar.
Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
Beltronics' patented Auto Scan™ feature continuously
analyzes all incoming signals and automatically rejects
unwanted false alarms. This gives you, the driver, the
perfect balance of sensitivity and selectivity!
New Level of Laser Protection
Our Total Tracking Laser™ circuitry continually searches
for laser guns. Maximum range, including superior off-axis
protection, is standard. For the ultimate laser protection,
the Vector 995 can also be used with the LP905 "Laser
Blocking" system.
Reprogrammable Processor
Using the latest technology in "flash" microprocessors,
the Vector 995's software is upgradable to address new threats
in speed measurement devices.
Easy-to-Use Options and Controls
Vector 995 is simple to own and operate. Preset at the factory,
the Vector 995 is Program Display optimized for driving
in the United States. However, you can also customize the
Vector 995 to meet your specific driving style, including
selectable Ku-band for European travel. The easy-to-use
selectable options make it simple to change.
Clear Digital Voice Alerts
Extra loud tones provide audio you can hear even in noisy
environments. Or, choose our easy to understand digital
voice alerts, that keep you informed without taking your
eyes off the road.
Interchangeable Faceplates
Interchangeable Faceplates Vector 995 comes complete with
three contemporary colored overlays to complement your car's
interior. Choose from a brushed aluminum look (standard)
or three alternate colors to make your Vector 995 truly
unique.
High Definition Text Display
Bar Graph Display Tech Mode Display
Using the brightest alphanumeric display, the Vector 995
is easy to read from any angle. Choose our standard bar
graph to display band and signal strength, or select our
exclusive Tech Mode display for the numeric frequency of
any radar signal.
Brightness Control with Full Dark Mode
Vector 995 has four levels of brightness to choose from,
including full dark mode for discreet night travel.
City Mode Filtering
Choose from three levels of City mode filters, including
Low X and No X for quiet operation in town.
Mute and Auto Mute
Vector 995's Auto Mute feature automatically reduces the
volume level during an alert. Or, simply press the large
top-mounted Mute button during an alert to instantly quiet
the audio.
VG2 Immunity
Exclusive Shadow Technology™ keeps you unseen by
VG2 (radar detector detector).
